Synposis
Haru Shirokane is always bullied for his weakness.
Taiga comes from across the sea to become the strongest man.
One evening, two boys meet the strongest XB player and leader of Minato Tribe, Shun Kamiya.

Simultaneously, each of the tribes scattered across Neo-Tokyo is about to face a major threat.
By the order of the King of Neo-Tokyo, "Tenshin Otori", the Chiyoda Tribe, led by a mysterious man named Ojiro Otori, has begun to suppress all tribes in the country.
His evil hand is about to reach Minato Tribe as well.
